About Me
I'm excited to be teaching second grade at WPA this year. I recently graduated from Western Governors University with my Degree in Elementary Education. I completed my student teaching in a third-grade classroom at Jefferson Academy in Kaysville. Prior to my student teaching, I worked as a teacher assistant for six years. It was during this time that I realized just how much I love teaching and working with young children. This inspired me to go back to school to achieve my teaching degree. During my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, crafting, as well as spending time with my family. I am a mother of four wonderful children. My hope is to create a fun and wholesome classroom environment where we all learn and grow. I truly believe that all students can learn and grow if they are given the tools and opportunities they need in order to succeed.
